Umm, I don't want to be the one to shit in the party, but in the first article, what is described as "dreamwalking" is actually lucid dreaming. Sure dreamwalking can be achieved by utilising lucid dreaming, but it can also happen spontanteously and spiral out of control once you end up somewhere you're not supposed to. And no it's not the same thing as shaping one's dream as the 1st article suggests, when you leave your own dreamscape you have a very limited ability to warp the dream itself, especialy if there's more than one intelligence in that dream... individual volitions interact or even cancel each other out. Dream walking goes beyond your personal dreamscape into the social subconscious. Similarly you can do this while astral projecting, but dreamwalking is more easily done for people not used to astral project at will. However during an astral projection you have more licence in unfamiliar "terrain" than in dream walking. You can tell when someone contacts you in a dream via astral projection, because aside their avid control of the surroundings, they appear to be completely lucid and detached from the mindset of the dreamscape.
Holding the wish on for dear life won't allow it to manifest. I often think of the wish as a seed that needs to be given space to grow. Feel free to ask any questions and comment below on how you make wishes. Stories are welcome! Also: I highly recommend "The Visceral Experience", a book written by one of our mods that is online as a PDF for free. The link to the book can be found in the sidebar. I also highly recommend "David St. Clair's Lessons in Instant ESP", which can also be found online. Both of these books contain invaluable information on how to "get what you want", and both are entertaining to read. I'll most likely edit this W. if I feel like I have more to add.
They'll talk about things of the "real" world and sometimes other worlds as well, ask questions of philosophical content and even provide intelligent feedback. Whereas other dreamwalkers are subject to their own subcoscious and subliminal desires that will sooner or later surface into their behaviour, no matter how lucid they were in their own dream. It's easy to get lost in other people's dreams and even mistake them for reality itself, to think that you're awake despite the contradictory and oxymoron situations you face in there. Eventually you'll wake up though. Now about what the 3rd link says, in number 2, while can't openly communicate with awake people with dreamwalking, you can receive distal mental messages while you sleep. There are instaces where an awake person would think intently (imagine vividly) about discussing with another person (who is at that time asleep) on a particular subject, and the sleeper sees in their dream the imaginary conversation.
Successful wish making is by far one of the most popular and controversial topics. It's found everywhere from folklore, to novels, to religions. And who hasn't heard of the story of the genie and the lamp? Of course, serious wishing isn't as easy as fairytales make it seem. This is a given. But when used correctly, active wishing can be of great use. Tips and Caution: As always, any form of energy work should be used for a positive purpose. Using it for a negative purpose, and the negativity can be reflected back on you tenfold. Wishes should be as specific as possible. Remember to include the following in your wish: What, When, Where, Who, Why, and How (almost forgot this one, but you don't want stolen goods ending up on your porch, do you? ). Background: Law Of Attraction: Heard of this one? The Law of Attraction is the belief that one can attract anything one thinks about constantly. Here's a wiki link on it. To me, this concept more is more of a first step towards successful active wishing rather than an end all method.
Forgetting: Now that you've made your presentation, thank the audience and forget about the wish. You've done all you can - you've sent your instructions to the cosmos, and you've put all of your desire, energy, and reasoning into your wish presentation. It's now up to the universal power to carry through with the wish, so relax and go back to doing other things. My Personal Method: The method I use the most, by far, is the presentation method outlined above. I find time to present my wish. I stand up as if I were called up in a meeting, politely introduce myself, and start my presentation. I thank the audience (the universal force) for helping me with past favors. I then lay out my wish earnestly while being honest to myself. Note that you absolutely should not lie to a universal power. Lying is the worst thing you can do while making a wish and only hurts yourself. While giving my presentation, I make sure to use hand gestures, point to an imaginary poster (even a real one, sometimes), and lay out my reasoning as if I were the best presenter in the world.
